A100,A300柱塞限流孔板,用入核电流量控制。柱塞限流孔板与一般的多级限流孔板在几何结构上有较大的差异,流体通过柱塞限流孔板时,分成16个小孔流动,并且转90度向,形成一种角连接的形式,因而具有较大的节流作用,一般情况下一个孔板即可完成较大的降压效果,减小了孔板的整体体积。As shown in the above figure, plug-resistant orifices are quire different from common multi-stage orifices in geometry. When a flow passes through plug-resistant orifice, it is divided into 16 holes and its direction is changed by 90 degree, making a form of corner, which can result in great throttling effect. In general, one orifice can make greater press drop and decreases the volume   

    设计计算Design & Calculation:柱塞限流孔板因过度集中了节流孔,在整体体积缩小的前提下,其理论计算受各种因素干扰过多,计算的准确性相对较低,因此需要在实验室内单独试验,直至得到达到设计要求的数据后,才可以正式加工制造。通过实验得到的数据在制成产品后,其降压值准确度在1%以内。Plug-resistant orifices have close holes, which decrease the volume, and also makes the calculation too complicated and it is necessary to test specially in labs, and only can be manufactured until we get design deserved data. The products manufactured after lab data can make the deviation within 1%.

  自清洗功能其中有一个旁通孔,如需要清洗孔板内部脏污物时,打开旁通孔阀门,高压流体将直接把污物从高压通孔侧冲至旁通孔侧,并由旁通孔排出,达到清洗的目的。As shown in the left figure in above page, there is a bypass hole, and it can be opened when you want to clean the orifice. High press flow can rush out the dirty from the high pressure hole side to the bypass hole side, and discharge out for clean purpose.
